How long have you been in business and where are you located?

Pet Store Unlimited has been an online business since Jan. 2006. Pet Store Unlimited is headquartered in Ohio. Most of our products are shipped from our location and a select few are shipped from our warehouses nationally. We ship our products domestic.

How do I know Pet Store Unlimited is a legitimate company prior to using my Credit Card, PayPal or other means of payment?

Pet Store Unlimited is a member of GeoTrust,  GeoTrust ensures the identity of business entities and individuals in online transactions and also validates website identities. In addition, Pet Store Unlimited is a member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB).  Refer to our Privacy Policy section for more information.

How do I place an order online? 

Placing an order is simple and convenient! Simply select your favorite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "proceed to Check Out" icon for your order total. Once you have entered your shipping address, the shipping total will appear on your screen. Shipping is "FREE" shipped within the continental US.

Can I place orders by phone? 

YES, we accept phone orders toll-free at 513.473.8394 - Our customer-care service is available Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST to assist you.

Can you put a "Rush" on my order? 

Yes, we offer expedited shipping methods. If you need your product sooner than standard shipping delivery time, just select one of the faster methods of shipping during the Checkout process. All costs will automatically be added to your order.

What are my payment options? 

All orders taken will have payment options  -  PayPal or Credit Card - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of payment. All Credit Card Transactions are verified through Authorize.net and we ship only to a confirmed shipping address. All International orders are subject to USA policies, terms and conditions.

Do you charge sales tax? 

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Ohio.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order? 

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation and shipping / tracking numbers to the email address you provided during checkout. Should you not receive your order confirmation or tracking number, be sure to check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder.

What should I do if I need to make changes to or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.

How long before I receive my refund? 

All refunds are processed upon inspection of items. Once your returned items have been processed, a credit should post to your credit card (minus applicable shipping & restocking fees you incurred on your original order) within 2 to 4 business days.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returned items?

 A 15% restocking charge will be applied to any return in which the package has been opened. If you received "FREE Shipping" with your order, you will be required to pay our outbound shipping charges associated with your return and any associated restocking charge (If applicable).

What if I got my order, but some items are damaged?

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there's any damage, please call our customer-care department at 513.473.8364 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. A customer-care specialist will assist you with filing a return claim through UPS or USPS.

When does my order ship? 

Most products ship the same day, if ordered by 2:00 p.m. EST. Some orders may take up to (2) two business days. To offer you the widest selection of high-quality and unique products, we strive to ship your item quickly.

Can you ship to P.O. Box address?

Yes, however, we will have to ship your order via USPS mail because UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box address.

Can you ship to APO/FPO addresses? 

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee or confirm the date and time of delivery on orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Can you ship Internationally?

Yes we do. 

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase. This charge is normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
