Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. Please read our terms carefully as it may contain important information regarding your order. By using this site you agree to these terms.
We are happy to accept returns for most of our products, as long as they are received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you received FREE SHIPPING with your order, you will be required to pay our outbound shipping charges associated with your return. The customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned items after the 30 day grace period. Certain items such as dog beds, dog stairs, wire crates and carriers cannot be returned for any reason.
All orders require an RMA number to be returned. To obtain your RMA number, please contact our returns department at: email@example.com Your email should include your name, billing address, and order ID. Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly send you an RMA number by email.
As long as your product qualifies and is returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase, a refund will be provided to you in the amount of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, including items marked FREE SHIPPING. As soon as we are able to verify that the returned products are in satisfactory shape, the refund will be credited to your credit card or PayPal account.
All orders that are both over $50.00 and shipped within the continental U.S. qualify for FREE SHIPPING. However, shipping costs associated with returned items are not refundable.
