What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything that you order from us. We guarantee a full refund (minus initial shipping charge) for all merchandise returned to us within 30 days of purchase that does not meet your satisfaction.
Simply contact us by phone or email and let us know the problem you have with the merchandise and we will ensure that you will enjoy our hassle-free return policy. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and special instructions for returning the product(s) to us. Your account will be credited upon return of the goods.
How do I return a pet product that arrived damaged?
For damaged or defective pet products, please contact us immediately by phone or email. Once we have processed your request (generally within 24 hours), please send the item back to us with an explanation as to why the item has been returned. Please put all merchandise back into its original packaging, if possible. Upon inspecting the items, we will provide a replacement or refund the purchase price.
What do I do if my order is missing items?
All Pet Store Unlimited products are shipped directly from our factories, so some orders containing multiple products may ship in more than one box. If your order is missing items, please contact us immediately and we will make the appropriate arrangements to complete your order.
